1. Is this fresh or frozen durian pulp?

The durian pulps are freshly unhusked and repacked into boxes on the delivery day itself.

2. Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we do provide delivery services within Klang Valley for your convenience. However, certain delivery charges may apply depend on distance from Dking SS2. We are using Lalamove to assist us with the final mile deliveries.

3. When will I receive my order?

Fresh durian orders cut off time is at 3pm, delivery will begin from 4pm onwards. Whatsapp +6012 – 989 8349 for delivery status updates.

4. What if I made any order after 3pm?

Orders after 3pm will deliver by next day 4pm.

5. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can place your order on this website and choose Pick-Up as your delivery method during checkout. 

6. What if the durian is in a bad condition(tasteless/hard/damage)?

To maintain at a high customer retention rate, we following a strict Standard of Procedure(SOP) during the process of unhusked, repacked into boxes, vacuum and deliver. However, certain unforeseen circumstance may beyond our control. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, kindly contact us at +6012 989 8349 and we’ll issue a FULL REFUND.”
