如何注册成为代理？
步骤1，需先在这里注册成会员。
步骤2，选择你想要的配套。
步骤3，添加到购物车并结账 (配套的价格都是RM 0)
步骤4，你会在你注册的电子邮件里收到一个优惠码
如何下单？
步骤1，登入会员账号
步骤2，前往商店
步骤3，选择想要的月饼配套，并加入购物车
步骤4，切记！填入客人的收件信息 (如 : 名字，联系号码，收件地址等)
步骤5，填写收到的优惠码 (为了我们可以在后台计算你的抽成)
步骤6，结账时会是原价，抽成将会在过了中秋节后的5个工作天里计算并发给你们核实。
如果下单超过选择的配套？
我们会根据你在结账时输入的优惠码来计算你所有下单的月饼配套数量，如果超过了目前的配套，抽成还会是原本的数额。
但如果你所有下单的月饼配套数量达到了更高的配套，你的抽成将会增加。
例如 : 你购买了最低配套 30 盒 (25%)，但是达到了更高的配套 150 盒 (35%)，在我们计算后，将会调整你的抽成到 35% 。
送货方式？
榴莲冰皮月饼需使用特殊的冷冻运输，以确保食物品质不受影响。
邮费计算？
以 1 箱计算 (ZONE 2 和其他州属而已)
1 箱可装纳 4 盒月饼
例如 : 1 盒月饼送去 ZONE 2 只需 RM 30，第 5 盒就需另付 RM 30，以此类推。

How do I register as an agent?
Step 1: Register as a member.
Step 2: Select your agent package.
Step 3: Add to cart and proceed to checkout (all packages are priced at RM 0).
Step 4: You will receive a promo code in the email you registered with.
How do I place an order?
Step 1: Log in to your member account
Step 2: Go to Shop
Step 3: Select your mooncake package and add to cart
Step 4: Enter the your customer’s shipping information (e.g., name, contact number, delivery address, etc.)
Step 5: Enter the promo code you received in gmail (so we can calculate your commission in the backend)
Step 6: The checkout amount will show the original price, but, your commission will be calculated and sent to you for verification within 5 working days after the Mid-Autumn Festival.
What if the my order exceeds the selected agent tier / package?
We will calculate the total number of mooncake packages you ordered based on the promo code entered at checkout. If this exceeds your current tier, your commission rate will remain unchanged.
However, if your total package count qualifies you for a higher tier, your commission rate will increase.
For example: If you purchased the minimum tier of 30 boxes (25%), but your total reaches the higher tier of 150 boxes (35%), we will adjust your commission to 35% after calculation.
Delivery method?
Durian Snowy Mooncake Need To Be Transported Using Cold Truck To Ensure That The Quality Is Not Affected.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Calculated Per Polyfoam Box
(ZONE 2 and Other States only)
1 polyfoam box put 4 mooncake boxes
For example : 1 mooncake box delivered to ZONE 2 costs only RM 30, the 5th box requires an additional RM 30, and so on.

How long does it take to receive the goods after placing an order?
