Delivery

Is there any delivery charges?

Delivery charges – RM15 (Klang Valley)
Additional RM5 for every box above 6 boxes.

West Malaysia other than Klang Valley RM25 
Additional RM10 for every box exceed above 6 boxes.

Which delivery area is covered?

We cover West Malaysia Only.

How long does delivery take?

We offer same day delivery for orders placed for Klang Valley before 2 pm.

For other states (outside of Klang Valley), it will take 2-4 days from the order date.

Can I have my order delivered by today?

We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 2 pm in Klang Valley.

How do I track my order’s status?

You may track from the tracking link in the confirmation email & mobile (if available) or send us a message in the live chat or contact our helpline at 017-857 7884

Oops! The item I received is faulty/spoiled!

We are deeply sorry. Please provide us with photos of your item and include a short description along with your order number and send to [email protected] OR send a message in Facebook Messenger OR contact our helpline. We will review the photo provided and we will advise our next action accordingly. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of e-voucher or money transfer. Photos to include: – your item (a part that is faulty & overall product delivered)

How do I know when is my item arriving?

You may get a CALL when the rider coming to you. OR you may track from the tracking link in the confirmation email (if available) or send us a message in Facebook Messenger or contact our helpline.

What if I am not in at the time of delivery?

Kindly let us know if you won’t be around on the delivery date OR we can’t contact you upon delivery, we can arrange for a re-attempt delivery (a RM20 charge will be imposed)
