Terms & Conditions: Spin & Win Giveaway + Lucky Draw

Eligibility

  • Open to individuals who are Malaysian citizens, permanent residents, or foreign nationals holding valid long-term visas (e.g. work pass, student visa) in Malaysia.
  • Participants must have a Malaysian phone number and a Malaysian residential address.
  • Must be 18 years old and above at the time of entry.
  • The campaign runs from 4 August 2025 to 28 February 2026.
  • Each participant is allowed one entry only. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

Spin & Win – Instant Prize Redemption

  • Instant prize redemption is applicable via Dking’s official website and at selected Dking outlets: SS2, Bukit Bintang, and KLCC.
  • Prizes are subject to availability and must be redeemed within the redemption period stated on the website or voucher.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. All decisions made by Dking are final and binding.

Lucky Draw

  • All Spin & Win participants will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw.
  • Lucky Draw winners will be announced on 11 November 2025 and 12 December 2025.
  • Winners will be announced on both Dking’s and CARE Condoms’ official Instagram pages.
  • Winners will also be contacted via the email or phone number provided during entry.
  • Prizes must be claimed within 10 days of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a replacement winner may be selected.
  • Lucky Draw prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.

General Terms

  • Dking reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign or its terms at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or violate these terms will result in disqualification.
  • By participating, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by Dking without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of this contest and will be managed in accordance with Dking’s Privacy Policy.
  • Dking is not responsible for lost, delayed, or unsuccessful entries due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
